Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained a rapid growth trend for a long time.However,it cannot be denied that the rapid economic growth is accompanied by high energy consumption,high output,high pollution as the main characteristics of the economic growth model.At present,China's economic growth has gradually shifted to the "new normal" development model characterized by medium-and high-speed growth,intensive and innovation-driven.Under the background of the new normal economic development,the analysis of the impact of the concentration of China's three industries on economic growth efficiency is of great significance for promoting industrial restructuring,economic transformation and upgrading,and improving China's economic growth efficiency.This paper uses the location entropy index,DEA index and fixed effect model to analyze the agglomeration level,economic growth efficiency and the impact of industrial agglomeration on economic growth efficiency based on the input,output and economic growth data of 31 regions(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2000 to 2016.The results show that for the three industrial agglomeration,The concentration of the primary industry in the western region is relatively high,the concentration of the secondary industry in the central and eastern regions is relatively high,and the concentration of the tertiary industry in the eastern region is relatively high.The agglomeration level of the first industry between regions is the largest,secondary industry is the second and the tertiary industry is the smallest.The calculation results of economic growth efficiency show that the economic growth efficiency gap is large everywhere,the more effective regions are Shanghai,Shandong and Tianjin,the economic growth efficiency in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the middle and western region,and the efficiency of economic growth between regions shows remarkable spatial positive correlation.The results of the influence of industrial agglomeration level on economic growth efficiency show that there is the pour "N" nonlinear correlation between the first industrial agglomeration level and the economic growth efficiency,the "N" nonlinear correlation between the second industrial agglomeration level and the economic growth efficiency,and the "U" nonlinear correlation between the third industry agglomeration level and the economic growth efficiency.When three industries are included in the impact of model analysis on the efficiency of economic growth,there is the "U" nonlinear correlation between the level of first industry agglomeration and the efficiency of economic growth,the "N" nonlinear correlation between the level of second industry agglomeration and no significant correlation between the level of tertiary industry agglomeration and economic growth.The results of control variables show that the convenience of transportation and high education level will improve the economic growth efficiency,the increase of government intervention will reduce the efficiency of economic growth,and the relationship between R&D Investment and economic growth efficiency is not significant.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions to adjust the industrial structure between provinces,improve the efficiency of economic growth and promote the improvement of economic growth efficiency through industrial agglomeration.
