Study On Evolution Mechanism And Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Green Behavior

With the revolutionary transformation of the concept of green development and the mode of economic growth,green economy has become a long-term development trend and an important direction.As an important economic subject in the development of green economy,enterprises should actively respond to the requirements of national green development.While pursuing maximum benefits,they should take the initiative to shoulder the corresponding environmental responsibilities of enterprises,develop green behavior of enterprises,implement green policy in all aspects of corporate management,and optimization the allocation of social resources.Based on the theories of sustainable development and green economy,and referring to the research results of other scholars,this paper discusses the evolution mechanism and influencing factors of enterprise green behavior from two aspects of theoretical analysis and empirical test.The formation process of enterprise green behavior is the result of game between various stakeholders centered on enterprises.From the perspective of enterprise stakeholders,from both internal and external aspects of enterprises,this paper makes theoretical analysis and empirical analysis with the help of game model,binary Logit model and ISM model.The results show that:Enterprise stakeholders are the driving factors for enterprises to implement green behavior,and the degree of influence is different.Enterprise internal management factors are directly affected by the surface,while the influence of external stakeholders on enterprise green behavior is the deep reason.The initial driving force for enterprises to implement green behavior is the government's environmental regulation.The pressure of government supervision conforms to Porter's hypothesis,that is,enterprises will take the initiative to adopt green behavior to improve their competitiveness,while incentive subsidies tend to favor the environmental shelter hypothesis.Enterprises' green awareness is the inherent motive force for implementing green behavior.Building a good corporate green culture can effectively stimulate the initiative of enterprises.Only by choosing a strategy consistent with the members of the industrial chain can enterprises achieve mutual equilibrium and win-win situation.Through strengthening the pressure of government regulation,formulating incentive policies scientifically,enhancing the awareness of green behavior of enterprises,using industry demonstration effect to promote enterprise transformation and upgrading,and using industry chain to promote green development in an all-round way.Give full play to the market-oriented,government-led,enterprise-oriented,green industry chain-based,public and other third-party supervision and active participation system,coordinated development,mutual benefit,promote enterprises to choose green behavior spontaneously,improve enterprise green management.
