| As the basic industry of national economic development,logistics industry's development speed and quality have become one of the important indicators for evaluating the comprehensive economic strength of a country or region.However,with the development of the logistics industry,the protection of the ecological environment has been neglected to a certain extent,which has caused a series of environmental problems,such as increasing carbon emissions.Therefore,it is imperative to pay attention to environmental protection while improving the production efficiency of the logistics industry.The key to how to promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry and improve the economic and environmental benefits of the logistics industry is to increase green total factor productivity(hereinafter referred to as green TFP).Shandong Province is located in the eastern coastal area of China.It has obvious geographical advantages and a sound foundation for the development of the logistics industry.However,the logistics enterprises in Shandong Province are small and scattered.The overall development of logistics enterprises is in the initial stage.Most logistics enterprises blindly pursue profits in the development process.The development of "green logistics" is not strong,the development mechanism is not perfect,the logistics operation mode is not reasonable,and there are still a series of problems such as high energy consumption and high pollution.Therefore,scientific and effective assessment of the development status of the green TFP in the logistics industry in Shandong Province,and in-depth research on the proposal to promote the growth of the green TFP in the logistics industry in Shandong Province have profound theoretical and practical significance for promoting the green and high-quality development of the logistics industry in Shandong Province.Therefore,this paper takes the logistics industry in Shandong Province as the main body of research,uses the GML index based on the SBM direction distance function to measure and analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and driving forces of green TFP in the logistics industry of Shandong Province,and on this basis,the panel data model is used to discuss the relevant variables The impact of the development of green TFP in the logistics industry of Shandong Province,the research shows:(1)The overall development trend of green TFP in the logistics industry in Shandong Province is good,and green technological progress is the main source of its development.(2)There is a significant gap in the development of green TFP in the logistics industry between the eastern and western regions of Shandong Province.The green TFP development level of the logistics industry in the eastern region is superior to that in the western region;The main driving force for the development of TFP.(3)The impact of Shandong 's economic development level on the green TFP and green technological progress of the logistics industry presents a non-linear “U” relationship;trade openness,industrial structure,transportation infrastructure,and R & D intensity Green technology progress shows a significant promotion effect;foreign investment has no significant effect on the green technology progress of the logistics industry in Shandong Province;government expenditure has a depressing effect on the green TFP of the logistics industry in Shandong Province,and a significant promotion on the green technology progress effect.(4)There are regional heterogeneities in the impact of various factors on the green TFP and green technological progress of the logistics industry in the eastern and western regions of Shandong Province.For the eastern region of Shandong Province,the impact of various factors on the green TFP and green technological progress of the logistics industry is basically the same as that of Shandong Province;for the western region of Shandong Province,economic development level,trade openness,foreign investment,industrial structure,The impact of government expenditure,transportation infrastructure and R & D intensity on the green TFP and green technological progress of the logistics industry is basically the same as that of Shandong Province.The difference is that the impact of trade openness on the green TFP and green technological progress of the logistics industry in western Shandong Province Significantly negative.In order to improve the green TFP of the logistics industry and promote the green and efficient development of the logistics industry,Shandong Province should strengthen the innovation capabilities of logistics enterprises,promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,guide the direction of foreign investment flow,improve the quality of foreign investment,optimize the structure of fiscal expenditures,and build effective environmental protection Expenditure evaluation system. |
