With the establishment of the China Postal Savings Bank in 2007,the National Banking Supervision Department clarified the management pattern of the “self+agent” of the postal savings bank.Some of the branches manage all kinds of normal commercial banking which are known as “self-network”,the others are commissioned by banks as agents,managing retail debt business,financial products,funds,insurances,which are known as the “agent-network”.Agent-network are managed by local postal saving bank.The financial business has become the main business of Hebei postal orders,with the establishment of the China Postal Savings Bank Hebei Branch.Now,Hebei post sets 1074 agent-networks,the agent-networks have been spread over 12 cities and 156 counties,supporting the development of the Hebei post.The development of increasingly fierce market competition,Hebei postal agent financial business with many points,wide,length of the advantage,innovation and adjustment.At present,individual financial business income has more than about seventy percent of total revenues,becoming the “main business” of Hebei post.In the past ten years,Hebei postal financial agency business has been constantly explored,actively innovated and achieved certain achievements,making great contributions to the survival and development of the enterprise.However,with the promotion of interest rate liberalization and the development of Internet finance,the financial market environment has undergone tremendous changes.In the process of seeking a new development path,postal agency finance has exposed problems in management and operation.How to re-create the core competitiveness of postal agency finance,form a differentiated competitive advantage in the future financial market,and make the brand of China post go further and further is the biggest problem at present.Based on a lot of works and thesis of strategic management,this thesis takes Hebei postal agent business as the object of study,and uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the causes and problems.After combing advantages and disadvantages,and internal and external competition environment,raise the customer demand as the center,depending on the postal service platform,integration of financial and non-financial business resources,to build the postal financial customers comprehensive service appreciation system for the purpose of differentiation competitive strategy.Constantly promoting the innovation of the postal financial business management and business agent in Hebei,forge a financial business ecosystem as the center of the postal service resources,make up for the postal agency financial in aspects such as management,personnel quality and product innovation,reduce the interest rate and Internet finance impact to the traditional financial institutions,to improve enterprise management level,improve staff quality,rich financial products.Providing customers with more high-quality financial services,and establish a differentiated competitive advantage.
