In this thesis a solid method and the normal regulations method in managementare used. For example, a system analysis method is used to handle the managementintegration after an enterprise merger. SWOT method is adopted to analyze theinfluence factors inside and outside environment of the enterprise, while BCGmethod is employed to analyze the rationality of the product construction. Themanagement integration of the LongYuan Co. is carried out in terms of the strategicintegration, structural integration, finance integration, the human resourceintegration and cultural integration. These five integration subsystems influence andcontrol each other. They together consist of the core factors of the managementintegration. The strategic integration decides the direction adjustment of themerger enterprise and the future position of the enterprise. Also, it includes thestrategic position, the product construction adjustment and marketing systemintegration;Organizational integration after a successful merger plays an importantrole in company merged to become a unified organization with the regulation system,and realize the business stability management as soon as possible. The basiccontents of the finance merger are generalized as: "one center, two positions, sevenintegrations." The human resource integration management is a special work. Itinvolves a wide range of sectors, and the related policy is firm and rathercomplicated. It is difficult to evaluate. Human resource integration follows theprinciples: the human necessity harmony, benefit & cost, and power. The culturalintegration includes three aspects: the material cultural integration, the systemcultural integration and spirit cultural integration.The management integration comes after merger. And it decides if the mergergoes successfully. Some conclusions drawn from the thesis may be helpful tocompanies under merger.
