Research On China's Food Safety Issues Under The Horizon Of People's Livelihood Project

Food is the most basic necessities of human reproduction and the material basis for human survival and development.In recent years,China's food safety issues have become increasingly prominent,frequent exposure of major food safety incidents led to widespread questioning and deep concerns of the whole society about China's food safety issues.At the same time,the party and the government have spared no effort in the management of food safety issues.Relevant laws and regulations have been promulgated successively,and regulatory agencies have been continuously integrated.The comprehensive management of food safety has achieved initial success.However,the overall situation of China's food safety governance is still grim at this stage,and the effectiveness of food safety governance is still far from the expectations of the people.Food safety governance is a major livelihood project that guarantees the safety of China's nearly 1.4 billion people's tip of the tongue.The party's 13 th Five-Year Plan proposal raises the food safety issues to the national strategic level for the first time while promoting the construction of healthy China.It is the most direct response of the Party Central Committee to the voice of the masses.Therefore,comprehensively improving the level of food safety and improving the satisfaction of the people has become a major and urgent task in China's current economic and social development.This paper takes the contemporary Chinese people's livelihood project construction as the research horizon,analyzes the current situation of China's food safety issues and the causes of the issues,then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving China's food safety governance based on the policy practice of food safety governance in developed countries and regions.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part expounds the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research status of the academic circles at home and abroad,introduces the writing ideas and specific research methods of this paper,and summarizes the innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The second part mainly expounds the related concepts of food safety and livelihood project,and draws the importance of food safety governance from the construction of livelihood project.The third part mainly expounds the status quo of China's food safety issues,and analyzes the causes of China's food safety issues from multiple levels.The fourth part introduces the status quo of food safety supervision in developed countries and regions and the enlightenment to China's food safety governance.The fifth part aims at the existing issues in China's food safety governance,puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions around the current issues in China's food safety governance.The causes of food safety issues are complex and diverse.This paper takes the reality gap between China's food safety governance effect and the people's needs and expectations for food safety as the starting point,systematically analyzes the deep causes of China's food safety governance dilemma,combining with the United States,the European Union,Japan's practical experience of food safety governance,from the aspects of improving the legislation on food safety supervision,accelerating the reform of food safety regulatory agencies,improving the efficiency of food safety supervision and strengthening food safety education,put forward to improve the main path of China's current food safety governance,in order to enrich the relevant theoretical results of China's food safety research,it also provides new ideas and new countermeasures for improving China's food safety governance.
