With the development of economy and science and technology,the transparency of information becomes more and more high,and real estate agency enterprises,which are generated by the asymmetric market demand of real estate transactions,face great challenges of survival.Because China's real estate industry is affected by the policy,the real estate agent's work pressure has its particularity.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the working pressure of real estate agents,“production-perception-response-results-impact”on the entire transmission process,this paper makes up the deficiency of empirical research and adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory.Through one-on-one interviews with 28 real estate agents,I have a deep understanding of the work pressure sources of real estate agents,cognitive thoughts,physical and mental feelings,coping styles,coping results and effects,etc.The results are as follows:(1)The group characteristics of real estate agents:The qualifications of real estate agents are generally low;the real estate agents have strong resistance to pressure;real estate agents generally believe that their work is meaningful,(2)Sources of work stress:performance pressure,lack of real estate knowledge and communication skills,comparison of colleagues,time pressure,quantitative assessment of business,customer relationships,market economy,and the impact of policy reforms.(3)Physical and psychological experience:Real estate brokers suffer from gastrointestinal problems under work stress,lack of sleep,and difficulties in falling asleep.The real estate agent has a strong sense of imbalance during the work process and feels very anxious and confused.(4)Pressure cognition:Most real estate agents have a positive sense of"I want to work harder"and"I want to be patient and persistent”under pressure.However,when the pressure is high,real estate agents will also have negative perceptions of"I don,t want to leave".(5)The role of the social support system:In the process of stress response of real estate agents,family members,colleagues,and leaders play a greater role,and friends have a small role.(6)Coping style:The real coping style of real estate brokers mainly includes problem solving and psychological adjustment.The negative coping styles are mainly to escape and show bad feelings to customers.(7)Coping results:One is the positive result formed after adopting a positive coping style,which is mainly manifested in stable performance improvement and promotion of positions.There is also a negative result after adopting a negative coping style,including the resignation and embarrassing work status.(8)The real estate agent working pressure model of real estate agents has good reliability.
