Study On Improvement Of Special Process Quality Management In Changchun Bombardier Company

Changchun Bombardier has some overseas projects as well as domestic ones.In order to gain a foothold in the domestic and international markets,it is not enough to simply rely on price war for high-end products such as subway vehicles.What customers will not ignore is the quality of products,because it will affect the normal operation of trains and even the safety of the entire train population.In recent years,customers pay more and more attention to the supplier’s special process,because the qualification of the process usually involved in special process cannot be guaranteed from the product,and the problem will not be exposed immediately.Changchun bombardier has been certified by ISO 22163 international quality system for the railway industry,meeting the requirements for special processes in the standards.In spite of this,the special process company has been managed together with the normal process,and no special process has been formed,so that the special process has not attracted attention because of its particularity.No effective organizational structure is formed specifically for specific processes.When problems arise,we don’t know who to turn to,or we all think that it is not very relevant to us.There is no designated expert to carry out targeted and professional analysis and develop effective solutions.The special process has not been fully and effectively evaluated,and we do not know the level of each special process of the company and what aspects need to be improved.Due to the particularity of special process,it is necessary to implement specific control measures for the key influencing factors of special process.This paper analyzes problems of Changchun Bombardier special processes,identify the problem of company needs to improve,in view of the key factors affecting the process of special process,to make the improving plan,research and design mainly from the following aspects: establish a special process organization chart,special process from Changchun Bombardier functional structure design and technical management personnel of each special process must be equipped with two aspects discussed;Developed special process management process;Formulated the special process evaluation method;Special process control measures are discussed from three aspects: qualification review,process audit and process parameter record.In order to effectively implement the special process improvement program in Changchun bombardier,this paper discusses the implementation plan and safeguard measures of the special process improvement program.In this way,the enterprise can further improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
