"Strengthening the National Strategic Scientific And Technological Force" is a key way and a major strategic measure that accelerate the realization of China’s high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,to win innovation and development.The software industry is a widely used strategic high-tech industry,which must rely on independent technological innovation to overcome the "Card Neck" problem.The core three elements of project management include quality,progress and cost.Among those three elements,quality management is a very significant link.K group,which currently has 54 branches over the country,is mainly engaged in R & D and delivery of enterprise management software.However,for each branch company,its software projects are characterized by complicated requirements,large number of projects,uneven project scale,tight development time and difficult project quality control.Although the K Group’s headquarters R & D center has a mature project and quality management system,these systems are largely different from the actual situation of branches and cannot be applied directly at branches.With the improvement of social information level,the complexity of the project and the difficulty of quality management of the branch are increasing day by day,which is in great contradiction with the existing quality management ability of the branch.Therefore,the branch has taken the "optimizing the quality management system" as the primary task.Starting from the current situation of quality management,and taking PDCA theory as the framework,this thesis analyzes the situation of K Group branch and summarizes the eight major problems of quality management of the branch.Based on PDCA theory,this paper designs the improvement scheme of quality management.In terms of specific quality management measures,CMMI3 model is combined.After studying the optimization scheme of specific project stages,such as the theoretical support of the scheme,quality management principles,quality improvement objectives,project process decomposition,project requirements / design / development / testing,and the improvement of the branch company structure and quality management system,the paper uses a specific case as an empirical application of the scheme to confirm the practicability of the scheme and the quality improvement it brings.In general,the application of PDCA cycle theory in the field of project quality management is fully described from theory to practice in this thesis.At the same time,combined with CMMI3 model framework,a relatively complete and suitable quality management scheme for K Group branch is proposed,which is also applicable to companies with a group headquarters + multi branch organizational structure like K group.
