Company D is a private enterprise born in Shenzhen.As the international economic situation becomes more and more uncertain,domestic competition is becoming increasingly fierce.China's industry has felt an unprecedented winter and unprecedented challenges.The profit margin is getting smaller and smaller,and various costs are increasing day by day,gradually jeopardizing the normal operation of enterprises.In this paper,I firstly introduced the background and research significance of the research on the procurement management of company D.I analyzed the external environment of the enterprise and the status of the enterprise itself,and introduced the development process of domestic procurement management from traditional procurement to supply chain procurement.I tried to tell the difference in procurement management,between the history of international procurement development and the supply chain procurement.I found that the supply chain is developed from the value chain,there I cued a classic JIT procurement as an example.The third part is about the research content,route and research methods of this paper.Secondly,I presented the theoretical basis of this thesis.Through papers and books,I summarized and analyzed the project and how to develop projects,procurement management and project procurement management,ways to reduce procurement costs,supplier management and supplier system,and procurement management.Theory of human resource management is also discussed in the part.Thirdly through interviews and field research methods,the status quo of company D,the status quo of R&D project,the status quo of procurement department,procurement process,assessment mechanism,supplier development and management,procurement supervision,etc.are evaluated fairly and objectively.Finally,through the research of company D,the following problems are summarized: the purchasing department has a low status,the implementation of cost control is weak,and employee incentives and welfare benefits are not guaranteed.We also face with the problem of lack of supplier management development and management systems,with a large number of suppliers.The Purchasing Department has two functions of procurement and supervision.I give the advice to the recommendations and optimization plans for the R&D project procurement management issues of company D as follows: the talent development plan of the procurement department,establishes a full supplier development and management system,and streamlines the number of suppliers.The corporate culture of cost control,taking the project as an example to improve the economic benefits and optimization.I hope that the research of this paper could help to promote the development of enterprise R&D project procurement management.
