Supply chain management plays an important role in modern enterprise management,supply chain management is out of the optimize allocation of enterprise's internal resources,and enhance the collaboration between enterprises and suppliers,customers,enhances the ability of enterprises to adapt to the diversification of market,so that enterprises,suppliers and customers to form a new kind of long-term strategic relationships,has realized the integration of information flow,cash flow,logistics management.The advanced supply chain management to improve efficiency and reduce cost,improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.However,supply chain management is the starting point,during the process of the whole production and sales of the starting point of enterprise internal supply chain.Therefore,establish and improve supply chain management process can help enterprises to reduce cost directly,and have the effect of get twice the result with half the effort,and can promote enterprise and suppliers long-term cooperation common development,for the enterprise in the fierce market competition to stand out.This article mainly aims at the P company's existing supply chain management from procurement requirements management,procurement management,procurement contract management,supplier management and inventory management five aspects diagnostic analysis,puts forward the problems existing in the existing management.And refer to a large number of literature data,draw lessons from other company's advanced management experience and theory research results,combined with the actual situation to introduce Panasonic group management mode,optimize P company supply chain management mode.Including organization structure adjustment,the introduction of Panasonic SGST management system,unified all procurement process,adopt the mode of the combination of push and pull procurement,supplier classification management,improve the supplier appraisal system and establish the bottom knockout,fully implementing VMI inventory management from several aspects.Improved through the optimization,P company can improve supply chain management,achieve the goal of improving corporate profits.In this paper,through the study of P company procurement supply chain management and optimization,can practice in the administration reform for P company provide reference,and the management of similar enterprises in the supply chain also has reference and enlightenment function.In addition,P company purchasing department should be more in the concrete practice and internal related department to communication and collaboration,and external suppliers in practice continuously revised to improve,to make it more adapt to the specific conditions of the enterprise,which can truly realize the efficient operation of supply chain management.
