With the disappearance of China's Internet population dividend and the increasingly fierce competition in the telecommunications industry,it is difficult for telecommunications operators to promote revenue growth through the network access fees and basic business charges brought by large-scale new users.The upcoming 5G technology will bring great opportunities to the communication industry.The peak transmission rate of 5G is nearly 20 times higher than that of 4G,which will enrich the application scenarios of mobile internet technology.How to meet the challenge and seize the opportunity is a common problem for all telecom operators in the background of the coexistence of challenges and opportunities.Firstly,through reading relevant literature and monographs,this paper combs the theories of Intrapreneurship,Effectuation,Resource-based view,Bricolage,Creative destruction and so on.From many viewpoints of related theories,this paper chooses the basic theory of entrepreneurship in company and the viewpoint of current situation of Nanning CU Corporation to study the intrapreneurship strategy of Nanning CU Corporation.Secondly,this paper analyses the current situation of Nanning CU Corporation ' s intra-company intrapreneurship,and finds out the outstanding problems of Nanning CU Corporation's intrapreneurship.Thirdly,this paper uses GEM model and eight factors that affect the internal entrepreneurial environment to analyze the external and internal entrepreneurial environment of Nanning CU Corporation,and finds out the internal and external environmental conditions that are conducive to and hinder the development of intrapreneurial activities in Nanning CU Corporation.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of Nanning CU Corporation and the internal and external entrepreneurial environment,this paper concludes that the intrapreneurship model can help Nanning CU Corporation enter an internet service field which is a brand-new field for Nanning CU Corporation,thus meets the transformation needs of Nanning CU Corporation.Therefore,this paper designs a closed-loop intrapreneurship strategy for Nanning CU Corporation with Timmons model,Sambrook and Roberts CE Yin-Yang model,Effectuation,creative transformation process and intrapreneurship theory as the core.In order to ensure the implementation of intrapreneurship strategy in Nanning CU Corporation,this paper also guarantees the implementation of entrepreneurship strategy in Nanning CU Corporation from four aspects: organizational culture,organizational structure,relevant systems and entrepreneurship resources.The main points of this paper are as follows: This paper reveals the problems and conditions of Nanning CU Corporation's intrapreneurship,and designs a closed-loop intrapreneurship strategy from creative submission to the overall evaluation of entrepreneurship projects,learning to a new round of creative submission by using the theory of Intrapreneurship combined with Timmons model,Effectuation theory and Sambrook and Roberts CE Yin-Yang model.
