The Research On The Effect Of Social Network Strength On Entrepreneurial Bricolage Base On The Adjustment Effect Of Environment Dynamics

Since the policy of "entrepreneurship and innovation",Chinese entrepreneurial activities have ushered in a new round of progress.But compared to developed countries,domestic new ventures are generally faced with a "new entering problem"of resource shortages and are difficult to survive.According to the survey,the failure rate of new ventures exceeds 90%.From the perspective of entrepreneurial practice activities,faced with a high degree of resource constraints,some entrepreneurs use the method of entrepreneurial bricolage to re-examine the value of existing resources at hand,and to combine the resources at hand with a highly innovative way to achieve relatively ideal results,and to seize the entrepreneurial opportunity to successfully start a business.The entrepreneurial bricolage provides an important inspiration for entrepreneurs to break through resource constraints and entrepreneurial bricolage theory is an important development in entrepreneurial theory research.entrepreneurial bricolage itself is an iterative trial and error process for resources,the effect of which depends on the quality and richness of the resources required.However,existing scholars focus on the first kind of resources that entrepreneurs directly possess and ignore the second type of resources that are embedded in the entrepreneur's social network when they study the process of entrepreneurial bricolage,so that the source of resources needed to bricolage is limited.The negligence of the division of the two types of resources at hand further leads to inconsistent and even contradictory research conclusions,which are highlighted in the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial bricolage.The contingency effect of the dynamic entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial bricolage needs further discussion.Entrepreneurs acquire the second type of resources at hand through the social network they build.What role does different types of social networks play a in the process of resource flow,and how their respective roles will change in different entrepreneurial environments.The solution of these problems directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of entrepreneurial bricolage.In view of the above theoretical background and practical problems,the study takes the entrepreneur's social network as an independent variable and divides it into commercial networks,government support networks and individual networks and measures them from the network strength.Taking the entrepreneurial bricolage as the dependent variable and taking the environmental dynamics as the adjusting variable,we study the influence of the entrepreneur's social network strength on the entrepreneurial bricolage.In this study,the first-hand data questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the model using SPSS and AMOS statistical software,and the conclusions were drawn.First of all,this study sorts out and summarizes the relevant theories and literatures of entrepreneurs' social networks,entrepreneurial bricolage and environmental dynamics,and distinguishes and defines the definitions of related variables.On this basis,the research models and research hypotheses are extracted.Secondly,based on the domestic and international maturity scales combined with the research situation,the questionnaire was designed for small sample pre-study.Based on the results of the pre-study and feedback,the questionnaires and methods were further optimized to form a large sample of formal research.A total of 272 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 131 valid questionnaires were collected.The reliability,validity and homologous variance test of data better met the analysis requirements.Finally,the model is tested by regression analysis and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The strength of commercial network,the strength of government-supported networks and the strength of individual networks are positively affecting entrepreneurial bricolage.The stronger the strength of commercial networks,government-supported networks and individual networks,the higher the degree of entrepreneurial bricolage;(2)Environmental dynamics weaken the impact of commercial network strength and government-supported network strength on entrepreneurial bricolage.That is,when the degree of environmental dynamics is higher,the positive effect of commercial network strength and government-supported network strength on entrepreneurial bricolage will be weakened.Environmental dynamics do not significantly regulate the relationship between individual network strength and entrepreneurial bricolage.By summarizing the above analysis results,this study finds that in addition to the first type of resources at hand,entrepreneurs can obtain the second type of resources at hand from the social network they construct.The dynamic entrepreneurial environment increases the difficulty for entrepreneurs to acquire the second type of resources at hand,thus weakening their utility for entrepreneurial bricolage.However,due to the emotional trust characteristics,individual networks can resist the dynamic environment to some extent.The impact of resources.In terms of innovation,first of all,this paper clearly identifies two types of resources at hand and discusses therole of the second type of resources at hand in the process of entrepreneurial bricolage;Secondly,this paper deepens the mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage,and analyzes the role of different types of entrepreneurial social networks in the process of entrepreneurial bricolage;Finally,this paper re-examines the contingency effect of environmental dynamics on the bricolage of the second type of resources at hand,and solves the debate on the impact of dynamic environment on entrepreneurial patchwork by distinguishing between two types of resources at hand.Of course,this article also has the following shortcomings:First,in the data collection,due to personal time and energy constraints,the proportion of sources of first-tier cities with active entrepreneurial activities is relatively small.Secondly,on the theoretical model,this paper focuses on the contingency factors of the entrepreneurial social network in the different entrepreneurial environments,but does not explore the intermediary mechanism of the entrepreneur's social network to influence the entrepreneurial bricolage.The research model of the paper needs further improvement.This paper further proposes research limitations and future research directions.This research further enriches the relevant research in the field of entrepreneurship,and also provides suggestions for entrepreneurial practice,which has certain research significance.
