A Research On The Ways To Improve The Service Quality Of Rural Homestay In Hainan Province

With the sustainable development of our country’s tourism economy,tourists’ demand for tourism products becomes more and more abundant.Under this kind of consumption demand,rural homestay has become one of the most popular tourism products in recent years.Hainan has perfect rural residential industry development foundation and development resources,at the same time,the local government has also issued corresponding policies to promote the development of rural homestay.However,due to the relatively late development of rural homestay in Hainan,there are some problems in the quality of residential services.Therefore,this paper will probe into the present situation,the existing problems,the causes of the problems and the influencing factors of the service quality of the rural homestay in Hainan Province,in order to probe into the factors affecting the service quality of the rural homestay.Trying to explore a reasonable path to improve the quality of the country house service.This article mainly adopts questionnaire survey,literature research,statistical analysis,selects 30 rural homestay in Hainan Province as the survey object,through the questionnaire survey to obtain the tourists’related first-hand data on the quality of rural homestay service in Hainan Province.On the basis of data,this paper explores the current status of rural residential service quality in Hainan,the problems existing in service quality,and the model of influencing factors of service quality,and so on.Finally,in view of the existing problems and modeling results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of rural residential service in Hainan.The main content of this paper consists of the following four parts:Analyzing the development status of rural residential accommodation in Hainan.Hainan has a good basis for development,mainly reflected in the favorable policies,superior natural resources,rich human resources,ideal traffic conditions,and large market opportunities for the rural residential.At the same time,through the service product,service facility,service personnel quantity disposition,service personnel quality,service flow,complaint consultation service,information service way and so on,the current Hainan residential accommodation service quality is analyzed.Find out the problems and causes of the quality of services in Hainan.According to the questionnaire feedback data,the main existing service product types and tourists’ needs do not match,the service content is not complete,the service personnel service ability is not strong,the service process lacks the unified process standard,the service characteristic is insufficient.The problems caused by the lack of application of IT services are as follows:the lack of policy leads to the unfavorable supervision of residential service quality,the lack of professional residential operation and management personnel,and the poor development of industry planning.Lack of sustainable thinking,etc.Constructing a model of factors affecting service quality of Hainan Based on the experience economic theory,this paper makes an empirical analysis of five influential factors,namely,external policy,infrastructure,service level,cultural property and ecological environment,which affect the quality of service of the rural homestay in Hainan province,based on the experience economic theory,and the results show that the service level,The cultural attribute,the ecological environment and the external policy have significant positive correlation to the quality of the rural homestay,respectively.In which the impact of the cultural attribute is the experience of the rural homestay is the most,and the external policy has the least impact on it.Put forward suggestions for improving the service quality of the rural homestay in Hainan.Based on the above results,some optimization strategies are proposed to perfect the laws and regulations and related policies,to focus on the improvement of the individual service,to strengthen the service of the ecological environment protection,and to promote the sustainable development of the service quality through information technology.
