Study On The Heterogeneity Design Of Rural Homestay In Fujian Province From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

In recent decades,rural tourism has gradually become an indispensable new form of China's tourism environment.In order to balance the rural tourism boom,the shortage of tourist living space and a large number of rural housing idle problem,the rural homestay came into being.In the process of the development of rural homestay,there are some unavoidable practical problems,such as the phenomenon of convergence of rural homestay is serious,the living environment cannot retain tourists,the rate of return on investment is too low,these are not to be ignored and urgently need to be solved.Therefore,it is very important to fundamentally solve the homogenization of rural homestay and explore a new design mode of rural homestay.Based on the literature analysis and research of domestic and foreign rural homestay facilities,this study conducted heterogeneous design of rural homestay facilities from four dimensions of landscape based on the five-dimension design theory of landscape.The starting point is to find out the components of the rural homestay facility landscape,use the network text evaluation model to quantify the qualitative data,and use the questionnaire system to explore the performance of the landscape elements that affect the heterogeneous design,and finally summarize the heterogeneous design method of the rural homestay facility.First of all,the number of rural homestay in fujian province under the big data of tourism network was statistically analyzed to understand the cluster area of rural homestay in fujian region,and the planning classification of rural homestay in fujian region at present.Select the tourist comment information of the top four rural homestay in each cluster area,screen 437 tourist comment information of 90 characters or more,extract keywords from them,and understand the design requirements of tourists for fujian rural homestay through the analysis of ROST Content Mining software.Secondly,through the extraction and re-creation of tourist comment information,each landscape element in the heterogeneous design of rural homelands was subdivided,questionnaires were designed and distributed,and tourists' expectations of each landscape element of rural homestay were obtained.Then,a field survey was conducted on the cluster of rural homestay in fujian province to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of heterogeneous landscape design of rural homestay under various classification conditions.Finally,the five-dimensional design theory of landscape was applied,starting from the five dimensions,four dimensions,three dimensions and two dimensions of landscape,and each dimension was set as four levels of overall regional layout,courtyard environment,indoor environment and local culture,to design and explore the factors that affect the heterogeneity of rural homestay facility landscape and apply them to the case.In the process of research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At present,most rural homestay facilities in fujian province are located in wuyishan city,nanjing county,liancheng county,changting county,pingtan county,nanan city.According to different themes,it can be classified into three categories: rural homestay based on environment and resources,rural homestay based on architectural style and rural homestay based on activity experience.2.The design requirements of the rural homestay in fujian are similar,which mainly focus on the three aspects of the siting,location,landscape design and personalized service of the rural homestay.3.In the process of landscape design,the fifth dimension of landscape,including wind environment and light environment,was constructed.The fourth dimension of landscape,including the feeling of light and shadow plants moving different scenes;The third dimension of landscape,including leisure bathroom viewing space;The second dimension of landscape,including paving wall and other forms of heterogeneity design,in order to achieve heterogeneity of the landscape effect.This study aims to provide suggestions for the management of rural homestay facilities,provide new ideas and references for researchers of rural homestay facilities,and then respond to the call of national rural revitalization,promote rural tourism,and drive rural economy to develop in a good and healthy condition.
