The science and technology service industry is a key part in the development of modern service industry,which has become the leading industry in China's national economic development.In recent years,driven by the development strategy of scientific and technological innovation,the technology service industry adheres to the service orientation,focuses on the key technology services,and relies on various innovative carriers to constantly enrich and update the content of science and technology services,innovate the mode of service development,and develop into the direction of specialization,scale,network and internationalization,which gradually forms the development synergy of the technology service industry.With the gradual maturity of the theory of innovation ecosystem,the innovation ecosystem of science and technology service industry has become the new service mode of the development of science and technology service industry,which has attracted the attention of many researchers.The supply-side structural reform has accelerated the steady development of the innovation ecosystem in the science and technology service industry,fostered and strengthened the market subject of the science and technology service industry,developed and improved the whole chain,high-quality and efficient,dynamic and competitive modern science and technology service system,and promoted the integrated innovation and business model innovation of science and technology,but in general,our country's science and technology service industry is still in the initial stage of development.Under the age of the Internet,new technologies,new industries and new forms and new mode of booming development,value creating model broke the barriers to the development of the traditional business model,realized the innovation resource sharing,promoting the innovation chain and value chain integration,promote the industrial cluster across space,across domains and across the level of synergy innovation and development.Driven by the sustainable development of the innovation ecosystem,to accelerate the development of science and technology service industry,to form a new momentum of service economy development,to realize the integration of resource advantages and the linkage of policies,the value co-creation mode and mechanism construction of the innovation ecosystem of science and technology service industry has become the key issue and important path to promote the rapid development of the science and technology service industry.This study takes tianjin science and technology service enterprise as the research object.Firstly,it combines the existing literature research and analyzes the characteristics,elements composition and related relationship of innovation ecosystem in science and technology service industry,clarifies the connotation of innovation ecosystem of science and technology service industry,and constructs an innovative ecosystem model of science and technology service industry.Secondly,to conduct field interviews with tianjin science and technologyservice enterprises,and analyze the "black box" of the value co-creation operation mode of s&t service enterprises;Thirdly,through the 345 questionnaire survey,the initial set of influencing factors of value co-creation was established,and through empirical analysis,the key influencing factors of the value creation of innovation ecosystem in the science and technology service industry were selected from the initial concentration of influencing factors of value co-creation.Finally,this article in 2017,the service industry innovation and development outline(2017-2025)"the new policy under the guidance,in view of the value to create a key influence factors to construct the targeted and systematic mechanism of the value of ecosystem services of science and technology innovation to create,to accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,optimize the structure of science and technology service industry,to promote science and technology services to the high-end value chain extension,realize scientific and technological innovation leading industrial upgrading to provide theoretical and practical support.
