Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Infrastructure Construction In Longquan Village,Wudalianchi City

Infrastructure construction in rural areas is an important measure to build new countryside,promote beautiful countryside construction and boost rural revitalization.It is also an important measure to improve the quality of life of farmers and provide guarantee for the healthy development of rural areas and farmers.However,at present,there are many problems in infrastructure construction in rural areas in China,such as inadequate investment in infrastructure construction,low level of construction,and lack of farmers' satisfaction,which affect the coordinated development of rural grass-roots economy and society.Therefore,combined with public goods theory,multi-center governance theory,externality theory and good governance theory,combined with the macro-policy orientation of building a new socialist countryside and Rural Revitalization in China,Longquan Village in the countryside of Northeast China is selected as the research object,and a deep discussion on rural infrastructure issues is of great importance to further study the improvement of rural infrastructure construction.The entry point.Based on this,this paper elaborates the basic situation of Longquan Village in the process of research,summarizes the evolution of its infrastructure construction policy,discusses the process of infrastructure construction,and summarizes the basic situation of rural infrastructure construction in Longquan Village from the aspects of investment,classification,distribution,use and function of facilities.On this basis,the satisfaction of rural infrastructure was investigated by questionnaire,and the existing problems and reasons in the current infrastructure construction of Longquan Village were clarified.From the aspects of low level of comprehensive infrastructure construction,unreasonable infrastructure types and facilities,villagers' satisfaction with infrastructure construction needs to be improved,slow progress of rural infrastructure construction and low social benefits of infrastructure construction,this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.Thereafter,combined with the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization method and guarantee mechanism of infrastructure construction in Longquan Village.In order to improve the rural infrastructure level of Longquan Village,this paper discusses the optimization principles,aspects,methods and guarantee mechanism,and popularizes it as the experience of optimizing rural infrastructure,so as to improve the level of rural infrastructure in China,build beautiful countryside and promote rural revitalization.
