Study On Countermeasures Of Beautiful Rural Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The target of Building New Socialist Countryside,to which the Party and the State have directed th eir efforts in rural work since the founding of the People's Republic of China,is endowed with a differe nt task and mission at each turn of the historical periods.Now in the 21st century and from the perspecti ve of the rural invigoration strategy,what should be applied to the construction of beautiful countryside when the given undertaking meets a fresh span?What is the advancement of rural building in China wh en compared with that in the developed countries?What is the judgment on gains and losses in the cours e of the rural construction,with the achievements made in a specific length of time.How can we build u p the sustainable development in a sound and orderly way.All the said issues deserve close consideratio n for us today engaged in agriculture and forestry to explore innovative approaches.Applying empirical analysis method,this paper analyzes the three samples of Beautiful Village Construction namely,Anji,Wuyuan and Lin'an in detail,and points out that although China has already gained experience in the Construction of Beautiful Village,which laid a solid foundation for the next stage of the construction,there are still problems including unclear ecological concept of green development,unreasonable design of rural industrial structure,undeveloped infrastructure,serious pollution in production and living,behindhand ecological management system and capacity,etc.These problems have seriously dragged the comprehensive promotion and upgrading of Beautiful Village Construction.Regarding the above problems,this paper proposes the following suggestions:To cultivate the concept of green development in farmers;to strengthen the propaganda and guidance of the new concept of green development;to urge the primary level Party organizations to play a better role in leading and management;to balance the interests of rural economic development and ecological environmental protection;to consolidate the material foundation of Beautiful Village Construction with agricultural modernization,to lead the Beautiful Village Construction by adopting new rural culture and so on,so as to provide a useful perspective on fully promoting the Construction of Beautiful Village.
