With the sustained,high-speed and steady development of the social economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved.Under this background,whether the general public in the vehicle demand,or the vehicle holdings,are showing a trend of increasing year after year.According to the current business situation of property insurance companies,the vehicle insurance business accounts for more than 70 % of the total business volume of the entire financial insurance market,and the main source of property insurance companies is vehicle insurance.The operation and competition of property insurance companies are also focused on the vehicle insurance business.After many years of development,China's motor vehicle commercial insurance has achieved great achievements,but at the same time,it has shown a relatively significant vicious competition situation,such as high handling fees,disguised price reductions,and so on.In recent years,there have been more and more insurance companies,and the competition in the industry also has become more and more fierce accordingly.On the one hand,most insurance companies lack market share and resources,in order to seize a larger customer market share,thus adopt the method of reducing the rate to attract vehicle insurance consumers.On the other hand,the new insurance operators entered the insurance market,making the crisis of the original insurance companies are increasingly serious.In order to still maintain a strong edge in the competition,old companies and new companies are fighting with each other in secret under the fierce competition.Based on the above background,this paper discusses the improvement of the competitiveness of the vehicle insurance business of A Property Insurance Company.This paper introduces the general introduction and development of motor vehicle insurance,combining the control theory,the target management theory and the customer satisfaction related theory,and analyzes the operation situation and profit source of the car insurance business of the A property insurance company.Combined with SWOT analysis method,this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of A Property Insurance Company,and analyzes the measures to improve the market competitiveness of A Property Insurance Company,that is,to build a professional management team and attach importance to process management.And to build a closed-loop system,give full play to the channel advantages of e-commerce and online marketing,deepen market segmentation,as well as pay attention to institutional optimization and product innovation.The goal is topromote the healthy development of the vehicle insurance business of A Property Insurance Company,and also provide advice and reference for the vehicle insurance business of other insurance operators.
