In recent years,the domestic automobile insurance market has developed rapidly,and the market-oriented reform of automobile insurance premium rate has been carried out step by step throughout the country.Since the beginning of 2015,three large-scale national commercial automobile insurance premium rate reforms have been carried out successively in various provinces and cities.Continuous reforms have exerted a far-reaching impact on the development of automobile insurance business of domestic property insurance companies.It is urgent for insurance companies to adjust their business ideas,innovate business development and make timely reform plans.Based on the background of the market-oriented reform of automobile insurance premium rate in the industry,this paper combines theory with practice,comparative analysis,induction and summary.Through analysis and summary,it is concluded that the main body of insurance market is accustomed to the inertia thinking of finding the bottom line of price,and the market-oriented reform of automobile insurance premium rate in China's property insurance companies is carried out.The defects and existing problems exposed in the reform,including the blocked business development of the company and the decline of premium growth rate;the reduction of premium rate,the increasing difficulty of insurance company's profitability;the imperfection of supporting measures,the increase of comprehensive cost rate;the change of marketing channel pattern of insurance company,etc.,will all be public to property and insurance companies.The Division has a greater impact.However,many foreign insurance markets have completed market-oriented reforms.By actively learning from mature foreign experience,this paper studies the advanced experience and Countermeasures accumulated by insurance companies in the process of market-oriented reforms in Japan,the United States and Germany,and summarizes the differences of their reforms.At the same time,we should strive to find a suitable survival mode for property insurance companies in China,including changing business philosophy,improving product quality,doing a good job in cost control,improving risk management ability,exploring various channels of sales model,accelerating innovation and development,etc.,and constantly explore strategies to adapt to China's reform and development.In order to improve the overall market environment of China's property insurance,protect the interests of insurance consumers and promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the insurance industry,we should face wave after wave of domestic motor vehicle insurance clause rate reform.
