Analysis On The Development Strategy Of Personal Loan Business Of A Bank Of Jiangxi Branch

Bank A JIANGXI branch is an influential large state-owned commercial bank in JIANGXI with A history of nearly 30 years of development.In the development of personal loan business for more than 10 years,bank A JIANGXI branch has achieved good performance and its market share of personal loan business is among the top in JIANGXI.In recent years,with the passage of the national real estate economic cycle,the transformation of domestic economy and industry,and the rapid development of network finance,the development of commercial Banks’ personal loan business has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.Under such circumstances,the development of bank A’s JIANGXI branch business needs to optimize the credit structure and seek new growth points to adapt to the new situation.On the other hand,with the increasing national supervision and control,the internal management of Banks has been put forward with higher requirements,and the traditional business model is facing the necessity of transformation.To sum up,the JIANGXI branch of bank A should keep in close contact with the surrounding environment and actively adapt to the actual situation when formulating development strategies and measures for personal loan business.In this paper,the following four parts are studied in terms of research methods and contents:Firstly,by means of literature research method,chart analysis method and other research methods,the author understands the domestic and foreign theories on personal loan business of commercial Banks and makes relevant elaborations.Second,analyze A JIANGXI branch of bank A whole business status,and according to the bank personal loan business of lending statistics in recent years,the size of the loan and defective rate basic business indicators,such as detailed for A JIANGXI branch of bank A personal loan business,the problems in the development of causal analysis at the same time,for A JIANGXI branch of bank A personal loan business status and find the reasons for the problems of;Thirdly,on the theoretical basis of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,the macro and micro environment of personal loan business of bank A JIANGXI branch is investigated and analyzed to determine the bank’s advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and threats in business development.Finally,combined with these analyses,specific business development strategies are proposed for the personal loan business of bank A JIANGXI branch.
