The Research On Marketing Strategy Of XC Network Security Company

2014,Chinese President Xi Jinping pledged to strengthen China's Internet security and build the nation into a strong CyberPower,he also pointed out that it was necessary to accelerate the independent innovation of network information technology and speed up the security and defense capability of cyberspace.In November 7,2016,China promulgated the People's Republic of China network security law,and in December,issued the national cyberspace security strategy.With the development of Internet technology,The Chinese government pays more and more attention to the demand for Internet Security Technology and put forward higher requirements for the network security company.On the basis of literature review of the domestic and foreign theories on marketing strategy,as well as case study and empirical analysis,the marketing strategy research of XC network security company first analyzed the existing portfolio and competitiveness of the company,existing operating conditions and difficulties that may be identified in the marketing process.Then,it analyzed strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats in the company's development process with SWOT analysis method.Finally,the paper discussed the operation strategy of the company,STP and the marketing elements(product,price,place,promotion)according to the analysis results.It put forward how to improve the marketing strategy,the safeguard measures and the implementation of XC network security company.Hope that through this paper,XC network security company can establish a perfect marketing strategy to improve its market competitiveness.At the same time,the theoretical results of this paper will play a guiding role in the formulation of market strategy,and then help the same type of network security companies to produce higher economic benefits.
