He Study Of Management Of WeChat Official Accounts Of State-Owned Enterprises

With the economic globalization and business informatization,companies compete in the Internet to attract customers.WeChat released WeChat Official Accounts,has quickly become an important platform to product marketing and image promotion.In the fierce competition,strengthening the management of the WeChat Official Accounts has an important supporting role in the development of State-Owned Enterprises.The WeChat Official Accounts of State-Owned Enterprises has characteristics,which determines the management has its particularity.This paper study the definition and classification of WeChat Official Accounts.The WeChat Official Accounts of State-Owned Enterprises have three characteristics,profitability and commonweal,publicity and internality,marketing and propagation.Analyze the management of WeChat Official Accounts of State-Owned Enterprises from content,meaning,role and principle.This article investigates one hundred WeChat Official Accounts of State-Owned Enterprises from content,maintain and interaction.And found that lack of attention to the WeChat Official Accounts due to the inherent concept,management effect is not good due to the specification is incomplete,Lack of managerial ability due to lack of training and management practice is not good due to means simple.This paper presents recommendations for strengthening and innovating management of WeChat Official Accounts of State-Owned Enterprises,correctly understand the special rules of management,combined with the characteristics of State-Owned Enterprises and WeChat Official Accounts;establish targetting management system,establish and improve the operation and management and quality assessment system;set up a professional and efficient team,cultivate all kinds of professionals and set up a management team with a tacit understanding;innovative management content form,content on the balance of profitability and commonweal,form further innovation.
