With the rapid evolution of the information and communication industry,the 5G era is getting closer and closer to us.Compared with 4G,5G has revolutionized many aspects in technology,network support,business and business models.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major deployment requirements for strengthening the construction of information infrastructure networks.Major telecom operators continue to conduct 5G system networking experiments nationwide,rushing to accelerate the construction and rapid popularization of 5G network infrastructure,and continue to promote China.The maturity and development of the 5G industry chain.This paper takes the two main types of personnel in the BMCC network construction project as the research object,summarizes and learns the relevant research results at home and abroad,and rationally applies the theoretical knowledge of human resource management and project human resource management,while fully considering the construction of BMCC network.The outstanding characteristics of the project,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and other methods,explore a series of methods to improve the quality of human resources management of BMCC network construction projects,in order to maximize the value of people,and effectively improve the operational efficiency of network construction projects,Help the company achieve its strategic goals.This paper firstly designs the questionnaire and selects some samples to conduct the questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of the data results,it is found that the human resource use efficiency is not high,the human resource planning is not scientific,the performance evaluation methods and indicators are not scientific,and the incentive mechanism is not balanced.The training mechanism is not sound enough,the communication is not smooth enough,the human resources conflicts are obvious,and there are problems such as shortage of human resources and waste.Based on the above-mentioned problems,this paper proposes improvements to the human resources management of network construction projects from the aspects of project human resource planning,performance and incentive management,employee training management,project communication management,multi-project human resource allocation and balance.It is hoped that the research will make positive contributions to the smooth development of network construction projects,and it is expected to help BMCC to establish a competitive advantage as soon as possible in a new competitive environment.
