With the aggravation of competition in the telecommunication, corporate clients market has become a major development direction of the communication carriers. Building qualified marketing personnel will effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the operators. Therefore it's necessary to raise the awareness of the human resource management of the group.Excellent staffs can provide satisfactory service to the consumers, and boost their loyalty, which is very important to the telecom enterprises. Currently, most marketing troop of operators cannot meet the need of customers. In consideration of this case, it's very important to explore the strategy of the human resource management,improve the organization structure and method of the human resource management, exploit the potentialities of the marketing troop, as well as enhance the identity and responsibility of the stuffs, all of which is very significant for improving the theory and method of the human resource management, as well as upgrading the group management, which will finally strengthen the market competitiveness of our corporation.This paper based in the theory of the human resource management, using the current conditions of the market's human resource management as a point of departure, combining with the relevant knowledge and model, points out the means and ways of the human resource management of the group client marketing staffs, through analyzing the questions and cause of the human resource management of the telecom operators, offering a beneficial reference to solve the problem of the human resource management.
