Research On Social Responsibility Capacity Construction Of Listed Companies In Guangdong Province

With the deepening of economic globalization and the gradual strengthening of people-oriented values,the requirements of corporate social responsibility in the world have changed from a simple call to concrete practical action.The construction of corporate social responsibility capacity has become an irresistible trend and trend,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Guangdong listed companies continue to develop and grow,which has become the backbone of promoting the reform of Guangdong enterprises and driving the growth of the industry,and the public has higher and higher expectations for the construction of their social responsibility capacity.However,whether it is Guangdong listed companies themselves,or the government,social organizations and other relevant parties,corporate social responsibility capacity The understanding of construction is not sufficient.Therefore,the research on the construction of social responsibility capacity of listed companies in Guangdong Province and the establishment of a more perfect evaluation index system can better grasp the current situation of the construction of social responsibility capacity of listed companies in Guangdong,formulate more targeted strategies,and promote the harmonious development of economy and society in Guangdong and even the whole country.This paper takes the construction stage of social responsibility of Guangdong listed company-evaluation and analysis-the realization path is the main line of the study.Firstly,based on the review of literature,this paper defines the connotation of corporate social responsibility,based on the concept and characteristics of corporate social responsibility,and based on the theory of enterprise’s core competence,the theory of sustainable development,the theory of triple bottom line,etc.The paper makes a theoretical analysis on the motivation and the specific connotation of the corporate social responsibility,and then selects the Guangdong listed company which meets the requirements,and uses the quantitative analysis method to evaluate the construction of the social responsibility capacity of the enterprise,from the management ability and the economic value of the corporate social responsibility,respectively.Creative ability,social value creative ability and environmental value creative ability are carried out in four aspects.Finally,the advanced experience of foreign developed countries and regions in the construction of social responsibility capacity is summarized,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of social responsibility capacity of listed companies in Guangdong are put forward.The results show that: first,the overall level of social responsibility ability of listed companies in Guangdong is low,and energy-less enterprises account for the main part;second,the social value creation ability is obviously lacking,and the index of economic value creation ability is still high.Third,the social responsibility ability of financial service companies is gradually emerging.Fourth,the construction of corporate social responsibility capacity in smaller scale is obviously worse than that in larger corporate social responsibility capacity.According to the previous research and summary,this paper holds that the government should provide more policy guarantees for the construction of social responsibility capacity of listed companies in Guangdong,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,and the listed companies in Guangdong should also consciously upgrade.Social responsibility ability,initiative to create more value for society,non-profit organizations and so on should play an important collaborative role.
