China’s accession to WTO, China’s Multi-National Corporation is facing thefierce competition on the world market, people become the core of enterprise, humanresource becomes the first resource in the enterprise most precious. Therefore,Multinational companies overseas in order to get better development, understandingand use of the characteristics of a multinational human resources is particularlyimportant. This paper focuses on the problems encountered by Company Bencountered in human resources management in the Y-branch of the M state, analysisof human resource management issues led to the Y-branch, by listing multinationalcompanies with similar problems Success Storiessolution. The Y branch humanresource management problems encountered proposed learning Xian-Janssencross-cultural management mode, to build a Y-branch cross-cultural managementmode to solve the problem of irrational set its performance.
