With the coming of knowledge economy, human now come into a new economic century, which is controlled by knowledge. Competition between enterprises has changed from products to the competitive Capital Management, and to the progressive development of intellectual capital management competition. The value of human resource has become the standard Of measuring overall competitiveness of the enterprises. Our concept of human resource started lately. When we introduced various kinds of Western Concept of management ,we also introduced their human resource management. There is a large difference between these ideas and our traditional concepts of human resources management, and are very useful for us to improve our work in this region. However, what role human resources management in enterprises should play? What the manager of HR should do? Identify and resolve these problems, can the enterprise human resources management with a clear goal and direction, strategic human resource management can truly achieve its due function.This paper started from the strategic management of human resources , reviewed of the human resources management position, content, and the main role of theory, Combined with actual work, analysised the current human resources management of xxx company, then, identified the major problems in the human resources ,such as organizational structure , the quality of personnel, human resources systems and so on. Put forward some ideas for the company to slove the problems in the management of human resources .KNT company should put strategic human resource management as a guide, vigorously implement the "talent-level" strategy to strengthen personnel as a means of introduction, further improve the training, performance evaluation and salary distribution system, the staff career development and management, and establish a people-oriented management system, provide a strong security personnel for the company's rapid and coordinated development .
