Research On The Impact Of Productive Service Trade On The Independent Innovation Of China's Manufacturing Industry

China's economic development has entered a new stage,and the development of manufacturing industry also presents a new model.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)said that it will speed up the construction of manufacturing power,accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry,and promote the in-depth integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence(AI)and entity economy.In the case that technology knowledg'e a'nd independent innovation gradually become the driving force of economic development,China's manufacturing industry faces dilemma with dual extrusion from the developed countries occupying the high-end of the manufacturing value chain and developing countries occupying the processing field.While the productive service trade has gradually become the driver of manufacturing independent innovation with the important support capability of gathering talents,advanced technology,etc.In this situation,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of productive service trade on the independent innovation of manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of innovation-driven development strategy,China's manufacturing industry's independent innovation capability has been significantly enhanced and the trade of productive service has developed rapidly as well.In 2017,the government was spending 1.75 trillion yuan on R&D in China's manufacturing industry,with the growth rate of 11.6 percent;and the intensity of R&D spending was improved to 2.12%;and the scale of manufacturing R&D personnel increased steadily,as well as the quantity of patent applications.But there are still many problems in our country manufacturing industry's independent innovation at present,such as R&D input and the input intensity are still lag far behind many other developed countries;poor independent intellectual property rights of core technology;poor innovation industrialization;the lack of senior talents,etc.In addition,the low overall proportion of the productive service trade in our country;unreasonable structure of import and export trade;the trade deficit is widening trend;the shortage supply of high-end factors,etc.Such problems that come from the productive service trade are further hindered the manufacturing industry's independent innovation.In view of this,this paper studies the influence of productive service trade on the independent innovation of China's manufacturing industry by using the methods of qualitative research,quantitative research and comparative analysis methods,etc.Firstly,based on the introduction of relevant theories,this paper analyzes the mechanism that how does the productive service trade affect the independent innovation of manufacturing.Secondly,this paper points out the problems of China's manufacturing independent innovation and productive service trade that existing in the development process after analyzing their development status in detail.Then,this paper analyzes the impact of productive service trade on manufacturing industry's independent innovation by using the method of econometric model includes the static input-output analysis method,dynamic VAR model and extended C-D production function.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of productive service trade from the aspects of reasonable relaxation of the opening of productive service trade,optimizing the import and export structure,etc.
