With the expansion of the market scale,it is of great significance to speed up the distribution of the logistics network and build the multi-echelon vehicle distribution system for the development of the enterprise.At the same time,the complexity of the distribution environment continues to increase,increasing the uncertainty of delivery time,and logistics service recipients perceive different service values.Through the rational planning of transportation routes,the enterprise not only can effectively reduce business costs,but also can reasonably arrange delivery time and improve service levels.Therefore the two-echelon vehicle routing problem considering the prospect value of time window service presented in this paper has theoretical and practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Build system time window service prospect value model.On the basis of different driving conditions of the vehicle,the delivery time window under different scenarios is given,and the service value of the time window is taken into account.Different decision-makers have different psychological perceptions for different delivery times,so the paper introduces cumulative prospect theory to describe the perceived value for satellite platforms and customers for different delivery times to measure the value of time window services to construct a system time window service prospect value model.(2)Research on dynamic distribution cost based on satellite platform selection.On the basis of the crowding effect between the scale of the satellite platform and the goods,the cost function of the satellite platform transport is established.Based on the operation cost of satellite platform and path cost,the distribution cost function is established.Finally,choose the satellite platform reasonably according to the scale of the satellite platform and cargo,so as to minimize the system cost(3)Considering system time window service prospect value,satellite platform selection and distribution cost,three two-echelon vehicle routing models are built.First,a two-echelon vehicle routing model with minimum distribution cost and a two-echelon vehicle routing model with the maximum system time window service prospect value are considered.Secondly,on the basis of the two models,a multi-objective two-echelon vehicle routing model considering the cost of distribution and the system time window service prospect value is established.(4)In view of the three models,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is given.For the problem of the inter-coupling of freight volume and route in the first level and second level distribution system,in the coding mode this paper design a particle coding with uniform coding and hierarchical calculation,so as to facilitate algorithm to solve the model.In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm,the greedy algorithm is introduced to adjust overloaded vehicles.In view of the Pareto solution set of multi objective problem,the evaluation of the optimal solution set is given by the grey relation degree,which provides references for the decision-makers.(5)The three models are simulated and the experimental results show that:?The customer time window has a greater influence on the prospect value of the service time of the system time window,and the influence of the satellite platform time window is the next.Therefore,the actual weight of the logistics distribution needs to be determined to improve the overall service level·?The customer's mastery of distribution information will have a significant impact on the prospects value of the system time window service,so logistics companies can provide timely delivery information to customers to improve the prospects value of the system time window service·?The customer's sensitivity to risk changes can affect the prospect value of the customer's time window,and the company should grasp the customer's risk sensitivity to improve customer service levels.?In a multiple objective system,there is a correlation between system cost and system time window prospect value.It cannot achieve optimization at the same time.However,decision makers can use the optimal solution evaluation method presented in this paper to select a satisfactory solution from Pareto solution set as the final solution.
