Urban metro taffic is the backbone of the city traffic system,it is a fact that the urban traffic must tansfer to mulit-level compositive system which depends on high speed metro.To make good use of a huge capicity metro line,we must ensure the flow of passengers on it,which depends on the travel intensity of surronding residences and the connection tightness with others transport modes.The first part of passengers flow has been fully estimated,but the second part will get form others transport modes.Therefore,the connection and coordination between metro and other traffic mode is one of important problem to be researched.This article is based on the relationship between the metro and conventional traffic as a facol point,considering the influence that the Qingdao metro imposed on the existing traffic system,adopting the related passengers forecasting modle to raise the foundation and goal of connection between the metro and traffic system.Based on the combination principles and methods of theoretical research and empiricla analysis.Adopting the improved traffic line design shortest path algorithm to provide a scientific basis and effective solution for connection between metro and conventional traffic system.The mainly research content and innovation point are summarized as follows:(1) This article makes a analysis to the existing traffic situation combinded with the Qingdao metro construction program,provides the overall goal of connectinon btween the metro and traffic system.(2) Based on the traditional "four stages" way of passenger flow forecasting,makes a analysis to existing urban travel forecasting model, provides a method to be used to solve the connection problem between the metro and traffic system—STEM.(3) Based on the existing researches of the shortest path algorithm,makes a improvement to the classical Dijkstra algorithm to get two new algorithms respectively solves the Kth shortest and passing the assigned path problem.(4) Based on the statistics and analysis to the Qingdao existing traffic situation,combined with the metro constraction program,makes a model which using the newly designed shortest path algorithm to provide connection plan.
