With the rapid development of the Internet industry,Internet enterprises need performance management systems that suit their own characteristics more and more urgently.One of the team who can best represent the characteristics of human resources in Internet enterprises is the agile R&D team,which is constantly developing rapidly and iteratively.In this paper,the R&D team of Company Z is taken as the research object.Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the existing performance management problems of the team,the performance management needs such as measuring product performance,management objectives and evaluating work value are taken into consideration.Combined with the performance management theories and tools,such as North Star Metric,OKRs,balanced scorecard and 360-degree feedback used to design and improve the performance management system of the R&D team of Company Z.The main innovation of this paper lies in summarizing the characteristics of the R&D team of Company Z under the agile development environment,and comprehensively applying a variety of performance management tools according to the characteristics to meet both organizational performance management objectives and individual performance management objectives.
