| In recent years,China’s economy has been affected by GDP,and competition among various industries has intensified.Many traditional enterprises have gradually entered a trough in the mainstream of competition.However,at the same time as the economic downturn in various industries and industries,a new force called the Internet has brought new impetus to the Chinese economy.Relying on cutting-edge science and technology,the Internet industry has achieved rapid development in just a few years.Therefore,it has started fierce competition in the initial stage of the industry.Among them,there are many Internet companies with innovative business models.The most representative is light.Internet companies under the asset business model.In order to stand out in the initial stage and achieve good long-term development,these light asset business models of Internet companies need to have a good financial situation,therefore,financial risk control is particularly important.Most of the existing researches are about the identification,evaluation and control of risk management.The single enterprise or multi-enterprise is the core analysis,or the financial risk analysis of its business type according to different business models of different enterprises.In addition,the research on financial risk control itself is mostly case-based,with industry differences,individual differences and time differences.As an Internet enterprise under the rapid development of the light asset business model in recent years,compared with the traditional heavy asset enterprises,there is a lag,and the relevant financial risk control theory system has not yet been fully formed.Therefore,this paper starts with the Internet enterprises under the light asset business model,and takes the case of the controversial losing company,Meitu,as an example,to conduct an in-depth study on the financial risk control of light asset business model enterprises.Based on the case of financial risk theory and the like,this paper analyzes and analyzes the financial risk of Meitu’s financial model and financial risk control by analyzing and analyzing the concept and characteristics of light asset business model and financial risk control.Applicable risk assessment model to judge the company’s risk and major financial risk points,on this basis to evaluate the financial risk control effect of Meitu,and propose improvement measures based on the case analysis,hoping to provide some to Meitu The solution provides reference and guidance to enterprises of the same type of light asset business model. |
