A Study On Financial Risk Control Under The Light Asset Business Model

The rapid development of Internet and information technology,expand the enterprise's target market,shorten the transaction time,increase transaction mode,enrich the scope,the change of turn the world upside down way of business management and business environment.In this context,the government encourages the promotion of industrial innovation and upgrading,innovation as the primary task of the current development,and continue to promote entrepreneurship.Proper business model is the foundation of success,compared with the traditional business model,less investment asset light business model in inventory and fixed assets,more concentrated light assets in the corporate brand,corporate culture,management experience,the core technology and the marketing of high added value,and make full use of limited resources the utility,and the effective use of the resources of others to achieve at least the assets get maximum value.There are some asset light companies with its unique resources and profitable way has been a great success,such as the United States Face book,Apple Corp,sea orchid house,Google,but not all the asset light business model of the company have the desired effect,but the majority of companies operating in the process of failed,the reason is mainly due to the rapid expansion of these enterprises to indulge in early asset light business model development and rapid development,but ignore the potential financial risks under this mode.The domestic research on the financial risk control of asset light business model only in the primary stage,therefore,have the status of financial risk control to study the mode of company's financial risk control system,has a very important significance for the company's future asset light the development of.The Hailan home company as an example,using the financial analysis method to identify the company's financial risk,and construct the risk assessment model for the company,to determine the magnitude of risk and financial risk,the company found that there are many places worth learning in the aspect of risk management,but there are still some shortcomings in the financing activities,inventory management.Finally,based on the case analysis,this paper puts forward the improvement measures,hoping to provide some solutions to the Hailan home company,to provide reference and guidance for the light asset companies.
