Past research of supply chain finance,more based on the perspective of traditional commercial Banks and other financial institutions,but in fact,integrated the existing research materials found that current business model of web-based supply chain finance and risk control,the depth and breadth of also is far from enough,as the financial innovation and the online market demand,the supply chain finance in the public eye,all kinds of institutions and strong traditional companies take this highland layout and planning,so the Internet supply chain finance related to our country enterprise in the future how to better the development of the Internet supply chain finance is essential.The author through reading a large number of supply chain finance literature,combing the theoretical context and research results,analysis of Internet business risk management model of supply chain finance,analysis and case analysis part of this paper provide the theoretical basis,and from now on the market in our country Internet of several typical business model of supply chain finance,one by one,based on supply chain structures,summarized the Internet supply chain finance business risk management mode of refining and practice foundation for the later research,in terms of case study,mainly by studying the jingdong financial Internet financial risk of supply chain management mode,This paper summarizes the overall business system,risk management model and innovation points,and puts forward the optimization direction for Chinese enterprises and financial institutions to further develop the Internet supply chain finance in the future.At present,China's Internet supply chain finance is still in the development stage,so there are still many problems in risk management of Internet supply chain finance.Therefore,this paper argues that strengthening Internet financial risk control of supply chain management,on the one hand,need to further perfect the system of Internet financial laws and regulations,and establish a perfect credit system,effectively promote the regulation of the industry and the information transparency,on the other hand,enterprises also need attention in the Internet in the process of supply chain finance business development of high rate of capital takes up liquidity risk management and supplier management,credit risk deepen the big data technology used in the process of business development and risk monitoring.In addition,this paper also analyzed the supply chain finance business,risk management and innovation mode of jd finance,and put forward some innovative Suggestions with reference significance on how to optimize risk management in the process of business development.
