Bitcoin was created after the outbreak of the US financial crisis in the face of severe inflation and severe economic development.It seems to be invented to replace the traditional monetary system.Bitcoin has been through the storm for ten years.In the past ten years,the price trend of Bitcoin has risen and fallen like a roller coaster,and it has attracted people's attention.The theoretical research on this has emerged in various countries,but it has not yet reached a consensus on Bitcoin.Bitcoin is a new product under the rapid development of the Internet.It is not only a product of high technology,but also a synonym for high risk.The risks of Bitcoin are large and small,and some risks may reduce the legitimate rights and interests of Bitcoin holders.However,some risks,such as using bitcoin for money laundering,violate national laws.Therefore,we should conduct a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the risk of Bitcoin,and then propose corresponding regulatory measures for the country.Only in this way can we standardize the development of Bitcoin and reduce the risk brought by Bitcoin to make it to the country.Economic development has helped.Moreover,various countries are now conducting intensive research on cryptocurrencies.In the near future,China will also implement its own first cryptocurrency,and the development of blockchain technology based on cryptocurrency will inevitably give Economics and finance have a huge impact,so in any case,a comprehensive study of Bitcoin risk and its regulatory aspects is necessary.Conducting risk research on Bitcoin allows us to clearly understand the nature and risks of Bitcoin,increase the risk understanding of Bitcoin by users and investors,and enhance investors' awareness and ability to protect themselves.The study of bitcoin regulation is to analyze the way in which bitcoin should be treated from the perspective of the government,and the regulatory measures that the state should have in order to create a legally compliant bitcoin use and investment environment.First of all,this paper reviews the concept of bitcoin and related theoretical analysis.Based on the meaning of bitcoin,this paper briefly introduces its production method and the distribution of bitcoin nodes in the world,and qualitatively analyzes bitcoin.Then it introduces the theoretical basis used in the regulation of bitcoin,including information asymmetry theory,legal theory of financial supervision and optimal camera theory of supervision,and then explains the specific embodiment of relevant theory from the perspective of bitcoin.Secondly,the characteristics of bitcoin are analyzed,because the characteristics are the basis and cause of the risk.Then it introduces the risks and manifestations of bitcoin,andmakes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of its risks.This paper introduces the development status and regulatory methods of bitcoin at home and abroad,describes the current regulatory status of bitcoin in China in detail,and studies the development of bitcoin in foreign countries by dividing it into different regions.Strengthen comparative analysis and analyze the enlightenment of China in the treatment and supervision of bitcoin.Finally,through the establishment of a dynamic game model,the problem of the regulatory aspects of the Bitcoin trading platform is analyzed.Through the conclusion of the model,the effectiveness of the government's supervision of the trading platform is strengthened,and the regulatory countermeasures are proposed.After a broader perspective on how the country should regulate bitcoin,we should first understand the nature of bitcoin and the circulation of bitcoin,determine the principles that should be paid attention to in the regulation of bitcoin,and finally clarify the actual supervision.The key regulatory points to be highlighted.
