| Innovation is the first Driving Force for Development.China Attaches Great Importance to Innovation and Development, but the Actual Results are not Satisfactory. From the Perspective of Supply and Demand, this Paper Incorporates Knowledge Absorption Capacity,Knowledge Spillover and Regional Innovation into the Model to more Comprehensively Study the Impact of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity on Regional Innovation,in order to Provide Suggestions for Regional Innovation Development in China.Using the Innovation Data of 30 Provincial-level Units in China from 2006 to 2017,based on Existing Research, using R&D Intensity,Economic Level,Human Capital,Openness Level,Infrastructure Environment,Media and Government Governance A Total of 14 Indicators form A Knowledge Absorptive Capacity Index Evaluation System, which is Weighted by the Entropy Method to Measure the Knowledge Absorption Ability. The Level of Knowledge Spillover is Measured Using the Economic Distance Spatial Weight Matrix and the R&D Capital Stock.Using the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis Method, through the Multiple Tests of Durbin-Wu-Hausman,LR,LM,etc,the Spatial Durbin Model of Bidirectional Fixed Effect is used for Empirical Analysis.Based on the Common Panel Mmodel, this Paper Constructs a Two-Dimensional Fixed-Effect Spatial Durbin Model for Finishing Empirical Research. This Paper Empirically Examines the Impact of Knowledge Spillovers Effects and Knowledge Absorptive Capacity on Regional Innovation, and further Analyzes the Relationship between Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Regional Innovation from the Perspective of Knowledge Spillovers. The Results Show That:(1)whether It is for the Province or its Geographical Phase In Neighboring Provinces, the Accumulation of R&D Capital Stocks has A Significant Effect on China’s Regional Innovation and Development;(2)Knowledge Spillovers have not Significantly Promoted the Regional Innovation and Development of Geographically Adjacent Provinces, but have Negative Effects on Provinces with Smaller Economic Distances.(3)The Effect of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity on the Innovation and Development of the Province is Marginally Diminished, but It has A Significant Effect on the Innovation and Development of Geographically Adjacent Provinces;(4)The overall Scale of Foreign Direct Investment in China is Relatively Small, and the Supply Exceeds Demand,Resulting in Its while the Innovation andDevelopment will Bring about A Significant Promotion,It will Inhibit the Innovation and Development of Geographically Adjacent Provinces. However, whether It is Promoting or Inhibiting,Its Effect is Weak;(5)the Improvement of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Knowledge Spillovers Level will Inhibit the Regional Innovation Development of Geographically Adjacent Provinces, but It can Effectively Promote the Provinces with Larger Economic Distances Development of Innovation.Based on the Conclusions of This Paper, the Following Suggestions are Proposed: First,Steadily Increase Investment in Research Funding,Improve the Financial Supervision System;Second,Enhance Knowledge Absorptive Capacity,Emphasize Policy Implementation by Region;Third,Optimize Personnel Training Mechanism,Implement Talent Introduction Policy;Fourth,Promote the Reform of State-owned Enterprises,Improve the Competitiveness of the State-owned Economy;Fifth,Improve the Foreign Investment Market Environment,Differentiate Policy Incentives. |
