Research On The Impact Of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity On Service Innovation

In this paper, knowledge-intensive enterprises from the perspective of knowledge absorption capacity for service innovation research, innovation and comprehensive service types and influencing factors, to develop innovative service level metrics, theoretically analyzes the influence of knowledge absorptive capacity for service innovation, and knowledge-intensive enterprises, for example, using structural equation modeling empirical research findings show: the ability to absorb knowledge and services to enhance innovation have a positive impact on both the knowledge absorptive capacity will increase the level of innovation promotion.Firstly, knowledge absorptive capacity and service innovation theory are introduced, and laid the theoretical foundation for substantial research. On this basis, according to the enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity and service innovation to the actual situation,combined with expert research results, then build knowledge absorptive capacity and service innovation indicators system: knowledge absorption capacity index system including knowledge acquisition, knowledge assimilation, transformation, knowledge application; and service innovation including service content, service means, technical service, service process,service channels and services market innovation. Positive results of this study show: four dimensions of knowledge absorptive capacity of enterprise knowledge acquisition, knowledge digestion, knowledge transfer capabilities and the ability to use knowledge have significant positive impact on service innovation. Finally, according to enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity and serviceinnovation to the actual situation and puts forward strategies to enhance service innovation based on knowledge absorption capacity, enhance service innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge absorptive capacity.
