At present, economic globalization has greatly promoted the industrial division of labor and regional integration. The regionalization and the cluster of geographical features of economy become increasingly obvious.The road depending on the rough economic mode that based on Consumption of resources for economic development seems more and more narrow. Knowledge spillovers is a way of the proliferation of knowledge, on behalf of the knowledge recycling. For the proliferation of knowledge between regions , the proliferation and the promotion of regional knowledge production, the development of a knowledge-based economy,It goes without saying. China which remains extreme differences on development within regions, And the central region is in the hinterland of China's inland areas. Its Geography plays role in connecting East and West,so Its Strategic position is very important. Knowledge is the source of regional innovation,and knowledge spillover is the crucial role in the economic growth for region. Therefore this paper analysis regional knowledge spillovers and it base on the perspectives of The Central Region.Firstly, this paper points out the research background, significance of research and nowadays study situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the framework of the research. Then, this paper introduces the relevant theories of knowledge spillovers. To confirm the fact of regional knowledge spillovers, this paper Statistics the overflow situation between regions of the concept of science and technology in papers. Based on that and learn from other scholars research results, propose a framework of regional knowledge spillovers. Then this paper statistics central, eastern and western relevant time-series data, analyses knowledge spillovers flowing to central region from eastern and western regions, and draws the relevant conclusions on this basis. Finally on the basis of analysis summing up, gives Countermeasures to enhance the knowledge absorption capacity of the central region from the macro level.
