performance management system of the company needs to be improved by analyzing and combining the related theories of performance management.In order to ensure the effectiveness,Z Beer Co.,Ltd.has made several measures to guarantee the effectiveness of performance evaluation.First,the performance assessment team is set up in departments and departments,and one of the management staff is set up as the leader of the Department,and the responsibility of each member of the group is clearly defined and the performance appraisal scheme is formulated.Plan,schedule and problem handling mechanism,and so on.Second,all members of the performance assessment team should be trained.The training contents include the methods,contents and matters of attention to the performance assessment.At the same
