Research On The Social Responsibility Accounting Information Disclosure Of Tasly Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd

The all-round development of the economy as well as international competition intensifies,the position of the enterprise has quietly changed.Nowadays,the enterprise is defined as an organization seeking pure economic interests to maximize has not reality.“Corporate Citizenship” become the new target of the enterprise.Actively fulfill social responsibility has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their image and brand equity,strengthen their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "Implementation of a Healthy China Strategy" as one of the important measures to improve security and improve people's livelihood,support the society to run medical care,and encourage the development of a healthy pharmaceutical industry.As the basic industry of the national economy and the people's livelihood,the pharmaceutical industry directly carries the life and health of human beings.Recent years,the frequent occurrence of drug safely incidents have attracted much attention about drug safety and quality of controversy and the environmental protection of the pharmaceutical companies.How to improve the status of pharmaceutical companies to undertake social responsibility has become a very worthy of study.With the aim to analyze corporate social responsibility report,this paper takes Tasly Pharmaceutical Group Limited by Share Ltd as the object of case,researches and analyses corporate social responsibility accounting information disclosure mechanism.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is about the fundamental conceptions of Social responsibility accounting information disclosure system.By expounding the relevant theoretical basis,this paper laysa theoretical foundation for further analysis and study of case corporate social responsibility accounting information disclosure mechanism.As the main body of this article,the second and third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of social responsibility accounting information disclosure of Limited Tasly Pharmaceutical Group by Share Ltd.This paper with the example of Tasly and the aim to analyze the social responsibility report,draws lessons from domestic and foreign research results and discusses the present situation and existing problems.Then summarizes the reasons of these problems.The last part is reflection on the social responsibility accounting information disclosure of Tasly.In view of the problems have been found,puts forward the improvement suggestion in improving the Tasly social responsibility accounting information disclosure quality and provides reference for the improvement of accounting information disclosure of China's pharmaceutical industry social responsibility level.This paper intends to regulate corporate social responsibility accounting information disclosure and promotes its conscientiously fulfill their social responsibilities.On the other hand,through this case,the author wants to improve the social responsibility accounting information the disclosure in the pharmaceutical industry and promote the healthy and stable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
