China's express delivery industry started in the 1990 s.Although the development time is not long,the development speed is very fast.In 2017,the domestic express delivery business exceeded 20 billion pieces,ranking first in the world.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of e-commerce,China's social and economic demand for express delivery business,will inevitably require the express delivery industry to follow the footsteps of e-commerce development,and constantly improve the quality of service to meet consumer demand.China's express delivery industry is developing rapidly and the market scale is expanding.At the same time,there are still many problems,such as delays in express shipments,poor quality of express delivery services,and damage to express shipments.The main reason for this is that the laws and operational procedures of China's express delivery industry are not perfect.It is more difficult for consumers to defend their rights.When the consumer rights and interests are damaged,there is no relevant legal protection,coupled with the confusion of internal management of the express delivery enterprise,the low quality of the employees,and the backwardness of technical equipment,which restricts the development of the domestic express delivery industry.In the current domestic express delivery market,the competition among various market players has become increasingly fierce.International express delivery companies have rushed to land in the domestic express delivery market.State-owned express delivery companies such as China Post and China Railway Express have competitive advantages in network coverage,transportation equipment and business outlets.Since its establishment,SF Express has been favored by consumers because of its fast,safe,stable and high-quality services.Now it has become the leader of China's private express delivery industry.SF Express currently has 38 subsidiaries in China,and has established its own subsidiaries in more than ten countries and regions such as the Americas and Asia,and has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign customers.Based on the research results and practical exploration process of domestic and foreign enterprises' market competition strategy,this paper analyzes the macroenvironment and industry environment,advantages and disadvantages of Jiangxi SF Express Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi SF Express)market competition.Opportunities and challenges faced,and then put forward the positioning,choice,implementation strategy and guarantee of Jiangxi SF Express market competition.The main conclusions are:(1)At present,the macro environment and industrial environment in which Jiangxi SF Express is located has brought tremendous opportunities and advantages to its development,including: political and social stability in the country,continuous release of policy dividends,improvement of laws and regulations,and sustainable national economy.Growth,industry expectations,the development of related industries quickly promotes courier demand,people's consumption habits and structural changes make market capacity expand,related technology continues to develop,and the express industry is rich in transportation resources and fast in transportation,high in information,and transportation network.Security,etc.Jiangxi SF Express should seize market opportunities,expand its own advantages,and enhance market competitiveness and brand influence;(2)Compared with postal express delivery and other major domestic express delivery companies,Jiangxi SF Express has obvious advantages in transportation speed.Attitude,product quality,customer satisfaction,market share and financial status also have certain advantages,but the disadvantages in customer loyalty and brand promotion are obvious,the least competitive advantage is the price of its distribution;(3)Jiangxi Positioning of SF Express' s competitive strategy: In the domestic competitive market,continue to expand market share and continue to maintain the leading position of the private express delivery industry;in the international competition market,strengthen cooperation with overseas shopping platforms and strive to expand the international market space.To this end,Jiangxi SF Express should segment the market,develop different market competition strategies according to different consumers and regions,and implement differentiated market competition strategies.(4)The implementation of Jiangxi SF Express differentiated market competition strategy includes market differences.In order to ensure the implementation of these differentiated strategies,Jiangxi SF Express should focus on strengthening organizational leadership,building corporate culture,and strengthening cost control,in order to ensure the implementation of these differentiated strategies.Strengthen the protection of employees' quality.
