Study On Service Quality Evaluation And Regional Difference Of Tourism B&B

With the rise of rural tourism,Tourism B&B is a new type of non-standard accommodation product.Because of the different styles of hotel standard accommodation products,the unique accommodation experience is widely favored by consumers.The influx of some high-level tourist homes has gradually made the quality of service become the focus of tourism accommodation and tourism research.Although there are many researches on the quality of service in the lodging industry at home and abroad,there are few studies on the service quality of tourism and lodging.Therefore,in order to help the long-term development of China's tourism B&B,improve the overall service quality of the tourism hotel and strengthen its evaluation criteria.Become a very critical issue.Therefore,from the perspective of service quality,this paper uses Suzhou as a research case to explore the level gap and influencing factors of service quality in different tourist homes.The specific structure is as follows:The first part: Firstly,it summarizes the research status and development status of tourist B&B at home and abroad;analyzes and defines the concept of tourism B&B and service quality;and studies the research literature on the quality and spatial difference of tourism B&B and accommodation industry at home and abroad.Inductive analysis.Secondly,it explains the background and research significance of this paper,and summarizes the research methods,technical routes and research contents.Finally,the connotation of service experience theory,customer perceived service quality theory,tourist space behavior theory and spatial structure theory is explained,and the research direction of this paper is pointed out.The second part: Based on the previous research,Suzhou City was selected as the case city,and the number,specifications and distribution of tourism resources and tourist B&B in Suzhou were investigated.The status quo of Suzhou tourism B&B development was analyzed and found.The city's tourist B&B is in the stage of rapiddevelopment.The spatial distribution shows the gathering pattern of “two districts,one circle and one belt”.The reception scale cannot be underestimated,and the development potential needs to be stimulated.However,the overall development still presents problems such as lack of distinctive features,low level of product duplication,homogenization of services,low service levels,and more traditional business models.The third part: Using the method of content analysis to construct the evaluation index system of tourism B&B service quality,taking Suzhou Tourism B&B as an empirical research sample,the network evaluation text is the data source,and comparing the service quality of different tourist B&B clusters in Suzhou,and Discover the factors that influence regional differentiation.The fourth part: through the comparative study of the service quality of various tourist homes in Suzhou,to explore different development strategies and paths suitable for each region,and put forward the optimization ideas of Suzhou tourism B&B as a whole,from the impact of evaluation indicators.The factor starts from the development of the hotel owner,and it is expected to be used by relevant government departments and industry insiders to make contributions to the development of China's tourism and lodging industry.
