In the current era of mobile internet,work has seriously invaded our life and the pressure on employees is increasing day by day.At the same time,the employees born in 1980s and 1990s gradually become the core members of enterprises,who are with high degree of education,pay more attention to freedom,subjective feeling,and work fun.So using the work fun to motivate employees,improve work performance was regarded by academic circles and enterprises.Work fun study began from the 1980s abroad with some fruits,but domestic related research began after 2000 and has less literature achievements.Therefore,the thesis of "a Study on the Relationship of Work Fun and Employees'Performance"has academic and practical significance.Based on self-determination theory,taking domestic knowledge stuff who were born in 1980s and 1990s as main questionnaire data source,this study analyzed the influence of work fun to the employees,work performance,the moderating effect of attitude toward work fan and the mediating effect of fun perception between work fun and work performance.This study obtained 429 valid data through questionnaire survey.By hierarchical regression analysis on the data,three conclusions of this study can be summarized as following:(1)Work fun has positive effect on employees' work performance,and social,relaxing,assistant and welfare,four types of fun have positive effect on task performance and contextual performance respectively;(2)Work fun has positive effect on employees' work performance through fun perception completely.(3)Employees with higher attitude towards work fun will make better work performance through work fun.
