Study On The Cultivation Of Farmers' Information Literacy Under The Environment Of E-commerce

In recent years,the rapid development of information technology in rural areas.From 2012 to 2014,four synchronous "information home village pilot project",to 2016,the Internet "modern agriculture" a series of national strategic decision and provides a good policy environment for the deployment of rural information services,accelerate the construction of rural informatization,promote agricultural development mode from the traditional to modern rural areas.Electronic commerce is an important content of the implementation of rural informatization,it is in constant development.As the main body of the agricultural production of the farmers,whether their information literacy can meet the needs of the development of electronic commerce,training of farmers' information literacy can meet farmers leveraging e-commerce to improve the needs of the actual income,put forward a series of problems the result of this research has practical significance and value.This paper focuses on the needs of the construction of e-commerce in rural reality,with the development of electronic commerce in Xinghua city were selected as the research object,based on the theory of information literacy of farmers in Xinghua City,the town of D,more than 100 members of the family farm,individual farmers as the research object,carries on the investigation and Analysis on the current status of information literacy in the town of D existing farmers and related cultivation work.The survey found that the town of D,although the farmers information awareness,information knowledge but limited information moral level and on the new technology application ability.The paper from the cultivation of resources,cultivation measures,cultivation results summarizes the status quo of Xinghua town of D training of farmers' information,and nurturing efforts from their own farmers and the information infrastructure,cultivating system to analyze the internal factors and external problems affect the town of D in the cultivation of the information literacy work.In view of the existing farmers' information literacy and its cultivation problems in farmers' information literacy cultivation countermeasure is proposed in this paper are as follows:one is to strengthen the construction of information infrastructure facilities,through the "obstruction",meet the hard conditions of the development of rural e-commerce;Two is the combination of general education and farmers' cultivation,filling the short board existing in the basic education of farmers;Three is to improve the cultivation of information literacy of farmers service system,ensure the cultivation work norms;four of the farmers' information literacy cultivation content,innovative ways,promote the cultivation work efficiently.In order to promote the development of farmers'information literacy to improve,promote rural e-commerce market development.
