In 2013,President Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of the "Belt and Road Initiative",which opened a new chapter in China' s further opening up and cooperation. The "Belt and Road Initiative" is a basic framework for cooperation through policy communication, facility connectivity, trade smoothness, capital finance, and people' s communication. The initiative is to create and develop a new model that shares opportunities, challenges, and creates prosperity.Since China' s reform and opening up,the rapid economic growth has benefited from the integration into the world,China hopes to let the world share the fruits of China' s economic growth. This is the beautiful vision of the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative.Among the "five links",efforts to strengthen the facilities connected with infrastructure construction,is like the meaning of "the soldiers and horses have not moved, the grain and grass first." Improving the construction of infrastructure is of great significance to countries along the route, especially developing countries.Based on the above background, this paper selects Malaysia, which has obtained the largest amount of contracted projects in China in recent years,as the research object, and tries to analyze the status of China' s participation in Malaysia' s infrastructure and the factors affecting the participation of Chinese enterprises in infrastructure construction in the country.Through the use of case studies and data, this paper analyzes the development of infrastructure construction in Malaysia, explores the development status and prospects of transportation infrastructure, energy infrastructure and communication infrastructure, and focuses on the landmark projects of China' s participation in infrastructure construction in Malaysia; Finally, through the comparison, analyze the advantages and challenges of Chinese enterprises participating in infrastructure construction in Malaysia and finally draw the following conclusions:First, the promotion of major projects cannot be separated from the importance of publicity, and must be adopted in the early stage.Do a good job in publicity and explanation,so that the people canfully understand the long-term significance of the project and reduce unnecessary obstacles to the project.Second,Chinese companies must pay attention to the political risks of relevant countries and regions, and seek solutions in advance. After the compensation measures, due to the long period of infrastructure construction projects and large amount of funds, the interruption of the project has a great loss to both parties. Therefore,it is extremely important to control the risks.Third, spread the belief of mutual benefit and win-win a knot that really benefits both parties.Chinese enterprises should avoid zero-sum thinking,so that both sides can obtain a reasonable profit in the cooperation, together with the host country forming a long-term partnership.
