A Study On Tourist Satisfaction Of Homestay Tourism In Lichuan City

In recent years,residential tourism,as a personalized leisure tourism,has developed into a tourism industry with strong growth in our country.It has played an important role in deepening the supply-side reform,promoting the development of industrial integration,and promoting the alleviation of poverty.However,during the development of residential tourism,many problems have been exposed,such as serious homogenization of products,scattered distribution,small volume,weak competitiveness,uneven service management and so on,which lead to low satisfaction of tourists.Enshi,as the youngest autonomous prefecture in China,is rich in residential tourism resources and develops rapidly,but it also has the above problems.It is a question worth thinking about how to improve the satisfaction of tourists and make the Enshi resident Brigade Traveling along a path of sustained and healthy development.This paper uses the methods of literature research,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation and so on to sort out the factors that influence the satisfaction degree,and constructs the theoretical model and index system of the satisfaction degree of residential tourists.First,according to the customer satisfaction evaluation index model(ACSI)and wang xia's TDCSI model,combining the characteristics of homestay tourism,the theoretical model of tourist satisfaction with homestay tourism is constructed.Through literature analysis and discussion with experts,the evaluation indexes of tourist satisfaction over homestay tourism are established.Then,a questionnaire is designed to collect data on the satisfaction degree of tourists in Lichuan,the largest and most populous city in Enshi,and the collected data are analyzed and modeled mathematically.This paper analyzes and evaluates the factors that affect tourists' satisfaction.Finally,through the difference analysis and IPA analysis,the specific indicators of tourists' dissatisfaction are found,and the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists are analyzed in depth to find out the problems in the home stay facilities in lichuan city.The results show that tourists are generally satisfied with the tourism of home stay facilities in lichuan city,but there are still some problems,such as lack of characteristics of products,poor service quality,fierce competition,new challenges in the development of tourism industry,poor transportation and lack of supporting facilities.According to the analysis results,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the tourists' satisfaction: reduce traffic congestion by reasonable traffic planning;strengthen the guidance of the government in organizing and cooperating;combine culture and tourism;reinforce external publicity;improve catering environment;maintain ethnic characteristics;dig cultural characteristics deeply;increase experience;enhance the professionalism of the staff to improve service quality.
