As an important part of China's economy,by the end of 2017,there were about 28 million small and micro enterprise legal persons and more than 65 million individual businesses,accounting for more than 90 % of all market entities.Small and micro enterprises account for more than 60 % of China's GDP,more than 50 % of taxes,and 80 % of jobs.They have completed 65 % of invention patents and more than 80 % of new product development.Each small and micro enterprise can drive 7 to 8 people to employment,and an individual industrial and commercial household can drive 2.9 people to employment.Small and micro enterprises have made important contributions to the economic and social development of China.However,due to the weak risk resistance,irregular management,insufficient mortgage assets and other adverse factors,resulting in poor finance,and more and more attention has been paid to it.Rural Bank is the main force of new rural financial institutions.It is a new type of rural financial institutions which serve small rural enterprises and support the economic development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Rural Bank can not only optimize their own business structure,enhance their profitability,but also take on their own social responsibility as rural financial institutions to open small and micro enterprises financing business,improve their credit products and improve their support for micro and small enterprises.SL Rural Bank was established in December 2011.At the beginning of its establishment,all credit operations followed the traditional credit system of state-owned banks.However,in the actual business development process encountered many difficulties,and developed slowly.In early 2014,as market research continued to deepen,the financing needs of local micro and small enterprises,credit risk points and the inadequacy of traditional credit products were gradually clarified,and customer demand was the guide to gradually improve credit products.It has been able to adapt to the development needs of local financial market,and has achieved breakthrough progress in supporting the rural economy and small and micro enterprises.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background,the significance of the research,and briefly describes the research content and research methods.The second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis.It mainly studies the local and abroad theories and achievements of credit products innovation research,summarizes the relevant research and lists the relevant theoretical foundations.The third chapter gives a brief introduction of the problems in the development of the initial credit business of SL Rural Bank and analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional credit products.In the fourth chapter,according to the problems of the credit products that have been found,this article puts forward the improved strategy of credit products,and determines the new credit products based on the SWOT analysis of SL Rural Bank.The fifth chapter analyzes the the new and improved credit products,which have typical outstanding characteristics.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole article and puts forward the feasible development suggestions.
