The current generation of migrant workers have become an important labor force in the process of urbanization and the development of modern industry.Their own characteristics make it more sensitive to whether their labor relations can be fairly treated.Such perception will have a direct impact on their satisfaction with the work.The difference in satisfaction will be different in employee behavior,thus affecting the individual performance of employees and having an impact on business performance.Enterprises can grasp more effectively the influence of new generation of migrant workers on their work performance.Therefore,the dissertation studies the labor relationship of the new generation of migrant workers from the perspective of the fair perception of the organization,and explores its impact on the performance of employees.From the perspective of the basic theories of labor relationship management and organizational justice,the paper defines the concept of labor relations fairness,work performance,organizational commitment and other related concepts based on the research results of the impact of domestic and foreign labor relations on job performance,and establishes The logical relationship is based on the hypothesis and the construction of the model.The study used 498 new generations of migrant workers from 30 companies in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei as survey samples.Using SPSS22.0 software and using hierarchical regression analysis,the following conclusions were reached:Fair perception of work remuneration and employment intensity,fairness of labor contracts and organization management.Perception and task performance,relationship performance were significantly positively correlated,while social security and fairness perception of disputes only had a significant positive correlation with task performance.At the same time,organizational commitment has a certain degree of adjustment in the impact of fair perception of labor relations on job performance.This study is based on a special group of new generations of migrant workers.Based on existing studies,This study proposes the concept of labor relations fair perception which reflects the perception of employees.Then,the concept of employee performance is studied and selected.Based on China's national conditions,China's staff and workers' commitments are studied as regulatory variables.Through the above research,xwe conclude that there is a significant positive correlation between fairness perception of work rewards and employment intensity,fairness perceptions of labor contracts and organization management,and task performance and relationship performance,while fairness perceptions of social security and dispute treatment only ha've a significant positive correlation with task performance.At the same time,it also verified that the organizational commitment has a certain degree of adjustment in the impact of the f'air perception of labor relations on job performance.There are two innovations in this study:First,from the perspective of research.We study the research object from the dual perspectives of organizational behavior theory and labor relationship theory.Combining organizational justice with labor relations,we study the fair perception of labor relations to the new generation of farmers.Workers conduct research to explore the impact of subject perception on job performance.The second is the innovation of conclusions.The research empirically analyzes innovatively and discovers that some dimensions of the fair perception of the labor relations of the new generation of peasant laborers are positively related to the employee task performance and relationship performance,and that the economic commitments have some positive adjustment effects in their relationships,and the opportunity commitment There is a negative regulatory effect on its relationship.Through the above innovations and researches,it provides inspiration for the future management of the company,and sums up the limitations of the study and puts forward the prospects for future research.
