Organizational politics was initiated by western scholars. Some domestic scholars started thisresearch based on Chinese conditions and western experiences in early80s during opening-up period.Leveraging previous research results, the author aims to analysis the perception of organizationalpolitics of Chinese staff. The author will conduct a systematic analysis on perception of organizationalpolitics, staff satisfaction and organizational commitment under Chinese culture. The paper will helporganizational managers and staff better understand organizational politics system, meanwhile, offeringan empirical research for organizational politics.This paper consists5chapters. Chapter1is the introduction. It summarizes research backgroundand significance. Chapter2is the bibliography overview. It includes many research results domestic andabroad on perception of organizational politics, staff satisfaction and organizational commitment, whichis theoretical foundation for empirical analysis in Chapter4. Chapter3is matrix and hypothesis. Theauthor brings up a tentative conclusion in this chapter about the relationship among perception oforganizational politics, staff satisfaction and organizational commitment. Regarding to the methodology,the author worked out a questionnaire by using existing measuring tool, conducted questionnaire surveyon120staff from two well-known organizations in Beijing. Chapter4is empirical analysis. The datagenerated after questionnaire sum-up. Finally, the matrix and hypothesis was proved through validityand reliability check. Chapter5is conclusion and revelation. In order to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of the organization, while saving energy when dealing with organizational behavior, theauthor gives suggestions to organization managers and staff according into matrix and hypothesistesting result. The author also showed research expectations in this paper.Conclusion:1. The perception of organizational politics has negative influence towards staff satisfactory.2. The perception of organizational politics has negative influence towards organizationalcommitment.3. Staff satisfactory has positive effect to organizational commitment.4. Organizational politics is inevitable. Reduce organizational politics influence would help onincrease staff satisfactory, enhance organizational commitment, which will be good for organization’sbenign development.Limitation:1. The author did not utilize all different organizations as variables to conduct a systematicresearch.2. The author had attempted to use political acuteness as one variable to do the research.Constrained by knowledge and personal capability, also with limited theoretical support, the author gaveup that part finally. Up to now, none of Chinese scholar has done this kind of research before.
